Best Friend No More.

A story is about Margaret Laguna Vs April Wilson. Miss Laguna sued her best friend Wilson for the unpaid bill for a Ford Expedition. Margaret claims that she did not live up on the agreement so she will refuse to pay for the balance. It is very unfortunate for defendant that she had no written agreement, which is her fault because even though they are friends she should not agree verbally it is much better to have a written agreement to serve as evidence. I also like the attack of JJ on these case she is really focus on what is right to do. Wilson have to return the car and for her to receive the part of the amount she paid as a rent on the car, I think both party are loser on these case, Miss Laguna get what she wants but she also loses her best friend on the part of Miss Wilson she lose everything. So the moral lesson is you should not engage in a business with your friend if you are not sure on the situation you are dealing with use precaution have a written agreement, you cannot tell what will happen especially if money is involved. Or else you will lose it all.
